RWHowe Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 (edited) I have an extra set of Mosaic set #118 The Complete Blue Note Recordings of Herbie Nichols (3 CDs). The set is complete with 3 CDs and the Mosaic booklet and Box. The box does have a tear at the binding, pictures are available. I am looking to trade for one of the following sets, you purchase new from Mosaic and have sent to me and I ship you the Nichols set. Peter Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 I've got the Albert Ammons and Meade Lux Lewis, and Black Lion Vogue Monk. However, while all of these Mosaics are out of print, the Nichols is available in a Blue Note box, while the Ammons/Lewis & Monk are not so readily available. Plus the Mosaic Nichols CDs suffered from pin holes in the disc, so the blue note version is probably better in that regard. In short, would you be interested in buying the Ammons/Lewis &/or Monk? If so, make an offer. Thanks. petezwief@gdinet.com Quote
