Grundig TT

First post in awhile.

While on vacation in Florida, my in-laws passed along the turntable in their rarely used system.

Never one to pass up free TTs, I loaded her up and drove back home (today in fact; I just got back to Texas....helluva drive!)

This TT looks a lot like a 70s Dual. It is made by Grundig, Model PE2010. (on the underside,. it indicates PS5)

I haven't done much research at all, but I get the idea it is a keeper. The base is heavy and seems to be very stable. I have yet to hook it up or even check out the stylus.

I needed a spare to hook up to my PC so I can burn copies of my LPs to hard drive, and I am pretty excited about this one.

Anyone familiar with Grundig stereo gear, specifically turntables?

Thanks!

This TT turns wax at 16, 33, 45 and 78.

As soon as I invest in a voltage transformer I will pop for the requisite cartridge/needle so I can play the 78s that I can't seem to get rid of. I decided if they are here with me, I may as well embrace them. I have found some interesting things among them.
