David Ayers Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 It used to be much easier to pick up a full price CD for under £10 and a Naxos for under £5. Now £15 is common for full price (that's more like shop price) and often £8 for Naxos. Looks like both HMV and Amazon decided they need to make more off this stuff... Quote
cih Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Maybe Amazon can start passing some of it on in tax Quote

I know that Naxos raised its wholesale prices. Yes Naxos did, retail price is now £8 in UK, but I am surpised that online price is now often equal to bricks-and-mortar price. I was looking at buying some ECMS and saw many at £15 online price - not all, but many, and I see other things are goung this way. Quote
sidewinder Posted May 21, 2012 Report Posted May 21, 2012 (edited) The days of buying everything direct from North America beckon again, thanks to these inflationary chumps. Time for Our Price to open up again with everything at £15 and up Edited May 21, 2012 by sidewinder Quote
