unfortunately, one of their gas ovens exploded one morning while the owner was lighting it. and the he spent perhaps a year in hospital with 70% burns.

that morning he had smelled gas and the gas company inspector assured him that they were safe.

the owners resurrected their business and it's been thriving perhaps 15 years since.
