Just letting it get some exposure......it's it a great Jazz album. I have another copy for myself so I don't need this one.

What's the sound like on this? Is is much better than the sound of the Polydor release which to my ears sounds flat & muffled.

I really regret selling my LP on the Marmalade label - the sound of that was vastly superior to the sound of my CD.

Too rich for my blood, nice music though.

My favourite of all his albums. John Surman plays superbly throughout and, as I said earlier, it sounded so good on my vinyl release.

It was recorded during the same period I used to see him playing live most weeks in London....those were the days!

Hmm the packaging does not indicate that it is remastered but I did compare the wave forms and spectral views in Audacity and saw small differences in the shapes and sizes of the forms. Im not sure thats the right way to compare, but they dont appear to be the same masterings.
