Placing pics/graphics into threads

How do you get pictures/images (CD/LP covers etc) into the discussions

When I try they are always miniscule or end up being a link to the pic

any hints

1. Find a picture on a website you want to display

2. Right click on the image and select "Copy Image Url" or "Copy Link Location", etc (all browsers word this differently)

3. Click on the "Insert Image" icon

4. Paste the URL into the box and select "Insert Image"

It should look like this:

have tried this but keep getting a message "you cannot use this extension on this board" after step 4

ie http://www.jazzloft.com/p-36709-the-complete-trio-and-quartet-studio-recordings.aspx

Looks like I've sorted it

You can only insert images with a .jpg extension.
