LF Classic Capitol Jazz Sessions Disc 2 & booklet for discs 5-8

I've managed to accumulate 11 of the 12 discs to Mosaic 170 (over the past few years)

just missing Disc 2 plus the booklet (small) for the 2nd CD case (discs 5-8)

Mosaic still has copies of the large booklet (but not small ones) so I'll get that from them

Anyone out there with a spare of Disc 2 or booklet for V-VIII (even a scanned PDF file would be greatly appreciated)

This is really pushing it, but any chance of a spare box in someone's possession
