Just one guy's opinion based on one incident: I had an over-the-top good customer service experience with importcds. I'd go back.

Too many of their listed titles are out of stock. I ordered a couple that said "ships in 5-10 days" and never got 'em.

I don't know; I've had good luck with them. I have one return situation now that was caused by Sony, not by ImportCDs, and they've sent me a postage-paid return envelope.

They have promised me a return envelope twice and nothing ever arrived.

They are erratic. I only use them for certain releases like the Audio Wave XRCD24 Blue Notes. It's an advantage of €10 per disc compared to my local record store.

Don't order anything heavy from them, for they will wrap even a box set with the same loose fitting thin pieces of cardboard.
