romualdo Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 I've owned the Warne Marsh Nessa CD "All Music" since 2004 - i'm sure It was OK when I first played it & on subsequent listenings My external hard drive recently crashed (lost a terrabyte of MP3 files - luckily I have 95% of the music as hard copy) so I'm slowly reloading my CDs back onto the computer Today I tried loading "All Music" but the last track wouldn't accommodate (tried different CD burners without avail) - I also listened to the disc on my Pioneer CD player & the track kept skipping & sticking (similarly on my computer) The CD itself appears fine - no marks, stains etc Could this be an age related anomaly Anybody else have issues with the last (14th) title on this CD? Chuck Nessa Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 A few copies in the first pressing had issues tracking the final song. A careful inspection of the outer edge reveals a flaw. The factory supplied me with a number of extra discs and now I inspect all discs before they heave here. Supply a mailing address and I will send a new disc. Quote
