Jazzmoose Posted March 17, 2004 Report Posted March 17, 2004 (edited) Hi all. The following titles are all available at $4 each, including postage. All are discs that are either duplicated on boxes (the Armstrongs, Monk, O'Day and Ornette) or are older issues I now have RVGs of (the Dolphy and the Mobley). Odds are, most of you already have these, but I figured I'd offer them just in case. Louis Armstrong: The Hot Fives vol. 1 (BMG edition) Louis Armstrong: The Hot Fives & Hot Sevens vol. 2 Louis Armstrong: The Hot Fives & Hot Sevens vol. 3 Ornette Coleman: The Shape of Jazz to Come (BMG edition) XXXEric Dolphy: Out to Lunch (BMG edition) Hank Mobley: Soul Station Thelonious Monk featuring John Coltrane: Live at the Five Spot Discovery! (BMG) Anita O'Day Swings Cole Porter with Billy May (BMG edition) If no one here wants them, any suggestions? I remember reading somewhere that libraries can't accept music club editions; is that true? I figure the others I can give to the local library, if I can be sure they'd be of use. I don't know... XXX=gone... Edited March 17, 2004 by Jazzmoose Quote

Brad Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 If nobody wants them, how about a high school with a good music department. I'll bet they'd like 'em. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted March 18, 2004 Author Report Posted March 18, 2004 That's an even better suggestion! Less work and more kharma points! Quote
