Warning about adding to a CDJapan order

So I added an $8.79 ENJA CD to my pre-existing order of the October/November BN's, as it showed no additional shipping charge.  What they did, rather than charge me the additional $8.79, was to cancel my original order and re-do an order with the additional CD, which came out to $18.75 more, I guess due to the change in exchange rates since I placed the last order.  So I have buyer's remorse on that one, and won't do that again.

Interesting . . . that has never happened when I add to an order--that upcharge. Sometimes shipping changes if it goes into the next packaging or weight limit, though usually not, but the pricing hasn't changed.
