I'm sometimes amazed that no one speaks up in these situations. Curiously, on Ramsey Lewis's version of "My Cherie Amour," it's the drummer who massacres the tune. If only the two trios traded drummers for this one song, we would have one acceptable version and a totally Shaggs-like version. Quote
