That's a good guess.  

I should have mentioned for others that Shazam doesn't seem to work.

Also, the piece changes character along the way.  It starts out more "classical" leaning, but becomes jazzier later on.  Ogerman is a good guess.

I have often listened to Kurt Edelhagen's big band in the past. I didn't know that K(!)laus Ogermann wrote the arrangements... e.g. for this LP:
