  15. It would have had to have been. The only passing trade in Looe is in mackeral. I remember going on holiday there as a very small kid. The thing that was impressed on my mind is rolling into town in the car and seeing an absolutely huge (thresher) shark hung up on a gibbet at the sea-front, just landed that day ! I'm in no doubt that if there are big thresher sharks off of Cornwall there must be the occasional great white too ! Not a patch on the other Jaws!
  16. Happy birthday, Paul! Thanks for the inspiring record choices during the year!

Agreed! An astounding present-day re-creation of classic bop of 60 years ago!

  25. I've been with Lovefilm for quite a while too and only used it for movies. I never really thought about getting jazz dvds, but then I'm not really that keen on them preferring to listen rather than watch. But on Bill's recommendation I'll have a look and see what there is anything to tempt me. You'd have to be very picky not to be tempted by something in 800 items, John! In all fairness, though, I should add that quite a percentage of these are unavailable for rental (as opposed to purchase) for copyright reasons.
