To Cheadle to hear an octet called Boplicity who played charts by Mulligan, Rogers, Pell, Niehaus, etc with surprising accuracy and managed to swing like mad. Guest artist - you guessed! Alan Barnes - who says he's now cleaning his saxophone with £10 notes as they're no longer worth anything.
As it's "of all time", we should have stuff from before the album era, or we'd be excluding all-time material by Armstrong, Ellington, Basie, Lester, Parker and others you might care to mention.
