this one has a bit of a far eastern feel and is most lovely. this is one of the most subtle, thoughtful, and beautiful live recordings i own, and it has been close at hand for well over 40 years. i am not sure if it made it to cd.

due to the time delay from the left coast, i just heard it. charlies bass playing here reminds of his beautiful eastern tinged duo beautifully recorded with the marvelous left coast pianist, denny zeitlin, but i cant remember the title.

thanks for playing don cherry's entire 'relativity suite'(as well as many other cherry jewels) on kbcs last sun night/mon morning! that's as good as it gets!
