link "The Journal of Caffeine Research editor-in-chief Jack James tells PopSci that it takes "about" 10 grams of caffeine to achieve lethal levels. According to the Mayo Clinic, the average adult can safely consume 200 mg to 300 mg of caffeine per day, the equivalent of about 2 to 4 cups of coffee. However, consuming more than 500 mg per day can begin to trigger side effects, including insomnia, fast heartbeat and muscle tremors."

Statement from MTA Chairman Joseph J.Lhota on Service Recovery: The New York City subway system is 108 years old, but it has never faced a disaster as devastating as what we experienced last night. Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on our entire transportation system, in every borough and county of the region. It has brought down trees, ripped out power and inundated tunnels, rail yards and bus depots. As of last night, seven subway tunnels under the East River flooded. Metro-North Railroad lost power from 59th Street to Croton-Harmon on the Hudson Line and to New Haven on the New Haven Line. The Long Island Rail Road evacuated its West Side Yards and suffered flooding in one East River tunnel. The Hugh L. Carey Tunnel is flooded from end to end and the Queens Midtown Tunnel also took on water and was closed. Six bus garages were disabled by high water. We are assessing the extent of the damage and beginning the process of recovery. Our employees have shown remarkable dedication over the past few days, and I thank them on behalf of every New Yorker. In 108 years, our employees have never faced a challenge like the one that confronts us now. All of us at the MTA are committed to restoring the system as quickly as we can to help bring New York back to normal.

Motorists are being detoured via East 72nd Street to St. Clair Avenue to East 55th Street to I-90 westbound." ------------- wcbs-am radio just reported that water is nearing their transmitter and is expecting to go off the air. NY mayor’s office reports 911 dispatchers are receiving about 10,000 calls per half hour. ------------- http://live.nydailynews.com/Event/Tracking_Hurricane_Sandy_2

The program, taped in 2012 at the beautiful 17th century baroque Abbey of St. Florian in Austria, finds The Orchestra under the direction of Franz Welser-Möst performing Bruckner’s most popular and most-performed work, one that was nicknamed by Bruckner himself as his “romantic” symphony. The location of the performance is particularly notable in that the composer was a choirboy at the monastery of St. Florian, later served there as organist and chose to be buried in a crypt below the Abbey.

http://www.billboard.com/news/lady-gaga-jazz-album-will-reaffirm-she-s-1007993432.story#/news/lady-gaga-jazz-album-will-reaffirm-she-s- As if a new album ("Viva Duets"), book ("Life Is a Gift: The Zen of Bennett") and a movie also titled "The Zen of Bennett" aren't enough, Tony Bennett already has his next project in motion -- a jazz album with Lady Gaga. Bennett, who recorded "The Lady is a Tramp" for his 2011 "Duets II" album, tells Billboard that Gaga's father, Joseph Germanotta, called him on his daughter's behalf while she was on tour in Australia. "He said she told him that 'I want to do a jazz album with Tony Bennett, a jazz album,' " Bennett recalls. "So that will be the next album after ('Viva Duets')."1007993432.story\\\
