  1. Tchaikovsky String Quartets No. 1 & No.3 - Vermeer Quartet
  2. I saw Carl Saunders live quite a few times. He was a very fine trumpet player. R.I.P.
  3. Ehnes Quartet - Beethoven String Quartets - Op.132 & Op.135
  4. Wow! a delightful hard swinging album. My fingers were poppin' and my toes tappin'. Don't pass this one by if you like straight ahead groovin' jazz.
  5. Piano Sonatas - No.24, No.25, No.26 "Les Adieux", No.27
  6. I saw Geoff Keezer playing two pianos with Harold Mabern in Toronto back in the mid-90's. They recorded an album for Sackville titled "For Phineas". I did not really care for the 2 of them in person or on the album. The music was a little too dense and not swinging enough for me. I also had that Ronnie Cuber album -"The Scene Is Clean" and disposed of it. There were a number of other albums by Cuber I preferred.
