You expressed your opinion about the Flanagan cut which is fine. There are some who have a different opinion, and prefer to hear the acoustic piano played by musicians such as Hank Jones, Tommy Flanagan, Cedar Walton and many others. Perhaps holding an opinion with which you do not agree is your definition of "freaking out"? Or maybe you meant that holding an opinion different than yours is absurd?

Is Hank Aaron a better baseball player or basketball player. I think we know the answer, and that applies to the discussion of Hank Jones. Hank Jones may be acceptable playing the different game, but far superior playing the game he knows best, and had been playing for the vast majority of his life.
