I just received my copy. The music is great. What really strikes me immediately is the incredible sound. Kudos to Mr. Nessa! This is my current choice as top new release of 2009.

Hmm! Great records, all. But I'd describe them as 'more Americanised than usual' (which is not a criticism) rather than 'better than usual'. Actually, I think that Inflation Blues is better than the usual run of ECM albums, by either American or European artists. I do not mean to slight the European artists on ECM, many of whom I like.
