    Also if the price goes down before the release date you get the lower price on Amazon. Amazon doesn't charge your card until it ships as well.

    I always ask them to confirm everything is in stock before I authorize the order. There's an option to do that when you set up the order. If they come back saying something is "sold out", I can either cancel the order or elect to have them ship what they do have.
