  1. What I find is that, Mosaics and Bear Families aside, CDs - once bought - are worth so little that it's hardly worth the bother of selling them.

Books I don't get so much for, but they seem to be holding their value better. At Melbourne bricks & mortars and the likes of Powells, recent releases are at least half the new price.

This doesn't fit my experience. Check out book listings on ebay and you will find that books don't sell AT ALL! Music cds still sell--at reduced prices, for sure, but they still sell.

  2. Moss didn't run all the routes, and this limited the Pats' offense. The team is likely to trade for Deion Branch as there are only four wide receivers left on the team. Branch is not a pure replacement for Randy Moss. For now, Brandon Tate and Wes Welker will start with Julian Edelman coming in as third receiver. Rookie Taylor Price is next on the depth chart. Rookie tight ends, Gronkowski and Hernandez have receiving duties. Moss was hurting the team's offense.

  3. In my case, it isn't due to economic reasons. If anything, I'd prefer to wait until the economy improves and I could get better prices. I simply got tired of having all these cds around me--most of which I don't even listen to. I decided to pare my collection down by 25-35%. I'm still working on reducing it down to these levels. I don't copy any of the stuff I sell. Once it is gone; it's gone!

  4. I'm saying it now that the Patriots will be a better offense without Randy Moss. He's a great player, but his appetite for the long ball, and penchant for taking plays off when he is not the target is hurting the team. Randy's style is to go deep, relax when not targetted, then expect another deep pass on the next series. He's a cookie monster who always has to be fed. The team was looking for a way to get Julian Edelman back onto the field, and now Brandon Tate will replace Moss. Edelman can be bumped to third receiver, and those two rookie tight ends can continue their outstanding play.

Was hoping for something higher than a third rounder though. Vikes just traded a third rounder for a rented player. Randy is moving on for some big $ next season.

Brutal week as SS1 and I topped the group with nine correct picks. I took the honors by being closer on the points, thanks to Miami's special teams play (or lack thereof).

Good job, Noj and SS1. It was a very difficult week. I got smoked. My eyes are on Agg and Ed, who are leading the pack year-to-date.

  7. I should offer them here first before ebay. I've always believed in buying/selling with organissimo members before ebaying anything, and have expressed annoyance over "for auction" threads. It's a personal quirk, I suppose.

Please shoot me a price on anything you want here:

    Thanks
