What I find is that, Mosaics and Bear Families aside, CDs - once bought - are worth so little that it's hardly worth the bother of selling them.
Books I don't get so much for, but they seem to be holding their value better. At Melbourne bricks & mortars and the likes of Powells, recent releases are at least half the new price.
This doesn't fit my experience. Check out book listings on ebay and you will find that books don't sell AT ALL! Music cds still sell--at reduced prices, for sure, but they still sell.

Moss didn't run all the routes, and this limited the Pats' offense. The team is likely to trade for Deion Branch as there are only four wide receivers left on the team. Branch is not a pure replacement for Randy Moss. For now, Brandon Tate and Wes Welker will start with Julian Edelman coming in as third receiver. Rookie Taylor Price is next on the depth chart. Rookie tight ends, Gronkowski and Hernandez have receiving duties. Moss was hurting the team's offense.

Mobley set has been sold to Brownie!

In my case, it isn't due to economic reasons. If anything, I'd prefer to wait until the economy improves and I could get better prices. I simply got tired of having all these cds around me--most of which I don't even listen to. I decided to pare my collection down by 25-35%. I'm still working on reducing it down to these levels. I don't copy any of the stuff I sell. Once it is gone; it's gone!

I'm saying it now that the Patriots will be a better offense without Randy Moss. He's a great player, but his appetite for the long ball, and penchant for taking plays off when he is not the target is hurting the team. Randy's style is to go deep, relax when not targetted, then expect another deep pass on the next series. He's a cookie monster who always has to be fed. The team was looking for a way to get Julian Edelman back onto the field, and now Brandon Tate will replace Moss. Edelman can be bumped to third receiver, and those two rookie tight ends can continue their outstanding play.
Was hoping for something higher than a third rounder though. Vikes just traded a third rounder for a rented player. Randy is moving on for some big $ next season.

Brutal week as SS1 and I topped the group with nine correct picks. I took the honors by being closer on the points, thanks to Miami's special teams play (or lack thereof).
Good job, Noj and SS1. It was a very difficult week. I got smoked. My eyes are on Agg and Ed, who are leading the pack year-to-date.

Who cares what the sexual preference of people may be? *snooze*
I work in a hospital. Some males are lucky to have a penis which responds in any way. Some have penile impltants. Women suffer from UTI's. I do my job.
IN the meantime, *yawn*

I've got these on ebay now. If anyone is interested, I can still sell them. I would just end the ebay auction.

Anyone been watching NFL 100 greatest players on NFL network? I just saw #51-60. I can't believe they've got Earl Campbell ranked in the 50s. He should be at least in the top 20. Earl was great!

Two sets are sold. As for the remainder, feel free to negotiate the price if you don't like what is quoted. I'm in the mood to move this stuff. Priority shipping comes to about $9 domestically. The costs are around $18-20 internationall for shipping.
-
Just sent you a pm. I don't see why you can't just drive up to my place and buy directly from the source!
-
It's the only set I've ever had. Big reason why I'm selling some discs: I never listen to them.

I've made offers on the Morgan and Donaldson boxes. Others still available.
-
Dusters work for me as well.
-
I asked $140 which includes shipping.
-
Don't be afraid to make a bid, folks. I take the first offer if it is reasonable to both sides. My idea is not to play bidders off against each other.

I should offer them here first before ebay. I've always believed in buying/selling with organissimo members before ebaying anything, and have expressed annoyance over "for auction" threads. It's a personal quirk, I suppose.
Please shoot me a price on anything you want here:
Mosaic sets:
Art Farmer/Benny Golson Jazztet
Lee Morgan
Hank Mobley
XXXHOLDXXXLou Donaldson
Sam Rivers
Curtis Fuller
(might throw in JJ Johnson set as well--want to listen to it one last time first.)
Thanks

Prices are now reduced for the final push pre-ebay.

CDS are being mailed in the morning for all those who have paid. Everything has been packaged up.
