I attended these three festivals. I was going to meet up with Aparax for the 2009 show but was called by the office and couldn't make it.

Sad day in jazz. One of the biggest losses along with Clifford Brown.

I am at a loss on how a LP I ripped to my computer is being picked up after I split the tracks. This isn't going from digital to digital. All 8 trakcs are identifed correctly. I did't change the file name to the tune's name, but windows' media player got it right n all 8.

Although I have a few months to I have my BFT, I am having one hell of a time removing the ID tags of some of the tracks. No mater what I do all the information remains. One track I don't understand how it is possible, is a LP rip. How could windows ID this tune and artists. How do the rest of you remove ID tags so not to give anything away?

Nice guitar playing. Very clean. I want to say Herb Elllis. Modern band playing early jazz. Don’t know any of the musicians. St. Thomas. I have this CD, "Tenor Legacy." I’m not a fan of James Carter who is on this CD. This tack it is Benny Golson and Harold Ashby, Geoff Keezer- piano. Sonnymoon for Two. Nice version. I don’t know who is playing on this. I’ve heard this before. I don’t recall who it is though. A blues in 5/4 time. I like it but no clue. No idea. Spring Can Really Hang You up the Most. Frank Wess and Frank Foster “Two For the Blues” Kenny Barron on piano. No idea but I like it a lot. Jug, Gene Ammons. The album is "Swingin’ the Jug", Bob Pierce on b3. Tune is "Hi Ruth" Don’t know this one. I do like it Thanks for a really nice BFT.
