Doc, any information about the Winterland run that Rhino are about to release? Were these shows recorded to 2 track? or are there multi tracks in existance? And what is so special about this run that it gets this treatment?

Spin, in Newcastle note that Rhino have slated a UK release of a 9 cd box set, complete,Winterland 1973 . So it looks like its coming at last.

California Bloodlines was a peerless record.
Saw him once at the Roundhouse at Zig Zags fifth birthday party-along with Mike Nesmith- a great concert.

I only saw Tim once, toward the end at the Knebworth festival with Mahavishnu and the Allmans- a lovely day in the sun.
But his records on Elektra have been my constant companians all my adult life...what a voice!

Baker, the Roy Ayers and Pepper Adams were released by Mighty Quinn (which has a Mosiac connection-in that its run by a Mosiac employee if I am not mistaken!) and not the admirable Water.

Miles complete at Montreux, bought yesterday, and so far much better that I had feared. Since I own nothing post retirement-does this mean I would enjoy the regular albums?

I have only recently begun listening to the young Chet, and the Barclay gessions were on my wants list, tho I did not know how much material existed, so I was initially quite keen on picking up this box, but , now having seen how short some of the records are, here is one repackaging concept which will not find its way, chez nous! Un rip off!

Clem, your reference to the original artwork reminds me that at least one reissue of IABDs first album came out sans the iconic Globe Propaganda cover.

Sundazed have been forced to delete the first 3 Grape albums! They will continue to sell 69 and Truly Fine Citizen-all the skinny is on Sundazed website. Anybody who needs the first 3 albums, walk, dont run, to Spin, Newcastle, who seem to have remaining stock.

I agree with Greg, its a most enjoyable Mosaic, and as far as the currently available boxes that I own , I think it could even be the pick of the litter-or at least damn close!

Me bad? or just a tad confused? Yes, my order was in via the hidden web page, but-and my memory could be playing tricks on me-I am sure it was 72, and I am not confusing it with the complete European tour hoax, but I suppose others of you have better memories than me- but anyway-bring it on!

I have played the 4 Handy Koch reissues tonight back to back. I return to them often, so a Mosic would be very welcome up here, I would be all over it in a a heartbeat. I would also love a Jerry Hahn Brotherhood from somebody! Howabout a Mosaic single as a compliment?
