jlhoots Posted December 14, 2004 Report Posted December 14, 2004 Anyone heard this? Looks interesting. Only available from their web site. Quote
Tom in RI Posted December 15, 2004 Report Posted December 15, 2004 I sprung for this after seeing a mention somewhere on this board. Sound is very good and I find the whole enterprise to be a success. The tunes show the benefits of some rehearsals and the musicians involved are all 1st rate. I like the pairing of Joshua Redman and Miguel Zenon. The packaging is not so hot for those, like me, who do most of their listening in the car but shouldn't be a problem for those listening at home. I hope the release is a succuess and they do it again next year. Quote
dsgtrane Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 (edited) Here's a prior thread on it: http://www.organissimo.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=8979 The set is very enjoyable. Edited December 19, 2004 by dsgtrane Quote
relyles Posted December 19, 2004 Report Posted December 19, 2004 I somehow missed the prior thread. I read about the collective somewhere and hoped there would be a recording of the group. Despite my financial restrictions during this holiday season I allowed my impulse to take over and ordered it. Hope it will be worth it. Quote
