Brad Posted February 9, 2005 Report Posted February 9, 2005 Has ebay changed the way you can upload pictures? I was trying to list something tonight and it seemed like the whole thing had changed and I couldn't post a picture. Any hints would be appreciated. Quote
Stefan Wood Posted February 9, 2005 Report Posted February 9, 2005 I listed items on Sunday and no problems. I do have to upload some images tonight though. Are the pics you are loading jpegs, or ? Quote
Stereojack Posted February 9, 2005 Report Posted February 9, 2005 I listed a few this morning with no problems. I did notice that the pictures are now bigger within the ad, and I'm using the same methods I've always used. Quote
Brad Posted February 11, 2005 Author Report Posted February 11, 2005 The problem I'm having is that when you go the add pictures feature, you would click on an icon which would then take you to your computer's hard drive (e.g. my pictures) and you upload what you want. In my case, there's no icon to click. It's weird. I called ebay on Wed. and they said they were aware of the problem ("technical glitch") and they were working on it. However. so far, it's still not fixed. So I have to call them again. Quote
WD45 Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 I used Turbo Lister for the first time last night, and it worked like a charm. It is great for multiple listings, but I think I will use it for single items as well. No problems uploading pics with it. Quote
Brad Posted February 11, 2005 Author Report Posted February 11, 2005 I received some long email from customer support saying they've rolled out a new ActiveX control for Enhanced picture services and that sometimes it presents problems until user have it properly installed. One of the things they asked me to do is "clear my cache." What does that mean? Quote
