Somehow I resisited the urge to be the only guy on my block to have a uklele jazz cd around the house. So, can anyone tell how this is? Seems like a natural to be put into shuffle paly with the Buddy Emmons also on LPR (which I have had as a Razor and Tie release for awhile). couw Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 Ritz takes the instrument seriously, so there's no unfunny stuff with fast and high melody lines that sound like a guitar on helium. This is a FUN disc though, nice light jazz for late evenings. There's flute on about half of the tracks that gives you that laid back west coast feel.
