BERIGAN Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 Well, I heard this catchy song, seemed like they were playing a new artist kind of satellite station. Some guy singing, not one of those singer/acoustic guys, but singing with a real band. Couldn't make out the lyrics that well , but the word everything was sung several times. Not much to go on, eh? Did I mention it was a male singer? Don't you hate hearing one of those rare decent songs in public, and no way to find out who it was??? That should narrow it down to, oh, I don't know, say about 2500 possiblities. I'll be very impressed if our board detectives can get this one. They probably rotate the same corporate programmed cd every couple of hours or so. Then, ask the manager or a waitress. Some places are getting their music off an internet or a satellite connection. A local place here in town has blues 24/7 when the jukebox isn't being used. I'm always hearing new tunes on it. chris olivarez Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 Berigan we get calls at the radio station from time to time looking for song information and sometimes they provide us with no clues as to what that song might be. For obvious reasons when one of these calls come in we instinctively dread them. My suggestion to you is the next time you go into that restaurant take something to write on and write with and if the song pops up make an efort to write down some of the words.
