clifford_thornton Posted September 8, 2006 Report Posted September 8, 2006 i have been in the hospital all day with my dad who was getting cancer surgery...while my dad was asleep post-surgery i took off for a little and took the dog to the vet because he hasn't been eating any food or his medicines for a while and the vet talked to me about putting the dog to sleep because he has stomach cancer and congestive heart failure...and tommorow i am going back to an ear specialist because my ear is still mesed up. hopefully it is reversible, whatever is wrong... Sounds like when it rains it pours! Hope everything turns out OK for everyone including Fido! Sorry to hear about all the difficulties, man. We're rootin' for ya down here in Tejas! Quote
Guest akanalog Posted September 9, 2006 Report Posted September 9, 2006 dad's surgery was a sucess which means it was a good birthday after all. and the dog enjoyed the day (got through it alive and seemingly happy). so that was all good. apparently my hearing is still screwed up and they don't know why. so that was a bummer. thank you for the well wishes.
