Stefan Wood Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 (edited) Stefan, Sorry about the truck, but good news about the Camry. Did you go to Rockville - I assume you went yesterday, based on the time of your post. Coincidentally, I just sold my Camry to the Carmax in Rockville this afternoon! Plan on buying a Civic tomorrow. Bertrand. No, I went to CarMax in Dulles VA mid January. Great service and helpful in determining my options. Did the extended warranty on the car, but it is in great shape. I have heard 6 cylinder engines on the Camry have had timing belt issues, but not the 4 cylinder, so I went for that. Loving it so far. Nice leather seats, automatic (as opposed the manual that was on the truck), sunroof, power everything and a real stereo system. Cup holders too! ABS, and airbags all over the place. ep1str0phy Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Sorry to hear about this, but good to know about the safety of those involved. This rouses memories of a few winters ago--I got the back part of my car taken off trying to cross an intersection (the guy who hit me, incidentally, didn't have a driver's license...). If I hadn't floored it, I'd probably be dead by now--so, from one trauma survivor to another, be glad in life. Quote
