I love Korla Pandit...and that picture on that page is GREAT!!!!! It's funny too, cause the shot must have been staged. None of the drawbars are pulled out on the organ. Great shot! Thanks Jim. Also dig the name change to jette satin.

My eyes are bad, but it looks to me like the "D" note preset is down. If it is, the drawbars are non-functional anyway. I like Korla Pandit, too, I used to get to see him on the old B & W TV when I was a kid in the fifties.

ok ok ok what the hell is up w/ korla pandit? is it a man or a woman? he/she is on fantasy records i know. are they exotic, along the lines of Yma Sumac exotic, or is it something different alltogether? organ is involved i know....it sounds like something i would like-- is it really extotic + B3 or is it more complicated than that>? whats the best lps to start out with?
