I was looking for Wahoo, and placed a bid for it. I didn't realize it was this version, until after I bid, as the orginal cover art was displayed. Does anyone here have one of these copies?

Yup, I got one. Others have complained about the Sound Quality, but personally I thought the SQ on this series was usually pretty good. (Or at least 1000 times better than the "Applause" issues of BN CD's.)

And frankly, I think the SQ on this series is better than many of the late 80's issues of BN titles here in the U.S., come to think of it.

By the way, I wouldn't pay any more than about $6 or $7 (including shipping) for anything in this series. Anything more than that, and you're better off saving your pennies for a legit version.

I had a bunch of these that I picked up very cheap in Boston. Got rid of them all when the albums were reissued as Conns or Collector's Choice CDs, but it's certainly a useful way to fill gaps in the interim. I agree about the price, though. Wouldn't pay more than six bucks for one.

I spotted a copy of this a few days ago in a used shop I go to. The Wahoo- Blue Note copy was in great condition as I recall. Would you like for me to pick it up for you if it is still there?
