porcy62 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 I didn't buy anything on eBay for a while, today I was wasting time looking for some rock records of late sixties and I found that the average prices are definitely lower, at least 30%, then a couple of years ago. Am I wrong? And what about jazz records? Quote
Daniel A Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 (edited) I recently returned to eBay after some time, and to me it appears as if the prices on jazz LPs are about as before. But I noticed two differences: lots of Japanese pressings, and sniping en masse. If you're measuring in Euros the reason might be that the dollar has dropped about 30 percent in a couple of year. Thanks. The main reason for returning on eBay is actually the euro Quote
sidewinder Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 It would seem that over the past year or two that the supply of rare jazz LPs seems to have dried up. Particularly original Blue Notes. Prices still seem high. Quote

It would seem just the opposite that for not extremely rare rock records, a part the damn Piper At The Gates Of Dawn original mono first pressing Quote
