Big Beat Steve Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 It's been around as a VSOP repro reissue for quite some time. Picked it up at Mole Jazz in London sometime in the 90s (not so much for the cover which I find a bit inane - I could think of a lot of other cheesecake covers I'd rather jump on ) but for the Westcoast music. But haven't listened to it for a while. Will remedy this tonight, I think Quote
chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted August 25, 2008 Author Report Posted August 25, 2008 yes it is quite insane- cant wait to hear harold land with those guys-- i dindt know he recorded for tampa! Quote
Stereojack Posted August 25, 2008 Report Posted August 25, 2008 I found this one pretty dull. I agree. Kind of a lightweight session, given the personnel. If you found an original for three bucks, you did well, but this is most likely the reissue. Quote
