How are their shipping rates, are they based on a per disc charge?

I believe shipping is something like $2.95 for the first disc and $1 per disc thereafter.

Yup, my shipping was the same.*

The $5.99 prices apply to some OJCs as I finally picked up Sub-Conscious Lee. I also finally added Vol. 1 of Shelly Manne At The Blackhawk to complete the series. (Years ago in a store I bought Vol. 1 of At The Manne-Hole thinking it was Blackhawk. No regrets mind you, but read those titles carefully.) This must mean that Concord will finally reissue 1-5 as some sort of deluxe package. A search on Paul Desmond brought up a number of titles (many with Brubeck) that were just $4.99. Also some of the Deluxe Editions that are no longer available at yourmusic.com are $19.99.

Anyway, some good prices on things that aren't Blue Note too, so search away, you might get a pleasant surprise.

I just got e-mail from J&R claiming "All Jazz CDs on Sale." Haven't investigated, but may be worth a look.

[Disclaimer: I have no relationship with J&R Music World, but occasionally buy from them. I live in NY State and get hit with sales tax on online orders, making them marginally less attractive.]
