Today I went shootin' with my brother. I've never used a firearm before and I just wanted to have the experience. A good friend and his brother have a nice collection of small arms. We went to a public shooting range where there were some kind of funny local yokels (nice people, but a little disconcerting in that they own things like a .44 Magnum and an SKS rifle), and had a good time. Interesting sociological study there. Afterwards, my bro and I went to my sister's and hung out with family. Ribs, burgers, and hotdogs. Yum. Fun day. Zora's first day of Kindergarten is tomorrow. Wow. Can't believe she's starting school. To say she's excited is the year's biggest understatement. Quote
