GA Russell Posted November 28, 2010 Author Report Posted November 28, 2010 Last call! The available numbers are... Montreal - 80, 90 and above Saskatchewan - 10, 85 and above Quote
Jazzmoose Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Oh, heck. Give me the Roughriders and 85. Seems more likely than 10... Quote
GA Russell Posted November 28, 2010 Author Report Posted November 28, 2010 The contest is now closed. Good luck everyone! Quote
GA Russell Posted November 29, 2010 Author Report Posted November 29, 2010 After one: Montreal 8....Saskatchewan 7 The Als dominated the entire quarter, but scored only one TD (Coburne plunge) and a single point on a missed Duval FG. Sask scored a TD (Cates plunge) on the last play of the quarter. Quote
GA Russell Posted November 29, 2010 Author Report Posted November 29, 2010 At the half: Saskatchewan 11....Montreal 8 The Riders scored four points on Eddie Johnson's FG and punt single. The Als' O-line has not done a good job of protecting Calvillo. So that means that currently the contest would go to...danasgoodstuff! Quote
GA Russell Posted November 29, 2010 Author Report Posted November 29, 2010 After three: Saskatchewan 11....Montreal 11 Duval kicked a short FG after a lengthy Montreal drive. Sask's offence showed nothing that quarter. Quote
GA Russell Posted November 29, 2010 Author Report Posted November 29, 2010 With 3:15 left: Montreal 21....Saskatchewan 18 Another Duval FG and Coburne TD run gave the Als a ten point lead. Sask's Parento has just caught a one yard TD pass. Quote

Lyin' Wolf Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 (edited) I'll take Montreal and 25. I always wanted to see Ottawa versus Saskatchewan. Wouldn't that be The Rough Riders versus the Rough Riders or has one of them changed their name? Ottawa is not currently in the league. Not sure of all of the chronology and some of the facts, but they Ottawa Rough Riders)folded in the mid 90's. A new Ottawa team called the Renegades played in the CFL in the early/mid 00's for a few years before meeting the same fate. Ottawa is currently approved for a new franchise but last I read, there was all sorts of politics in play related to the refurbishing of Ottawa's football stadium. I'm not sure if all that's been ironed out. Edited November 29, 2010 by Lyin' Wolf Quote
