Has there ever been a set of cds (or Lps) devoted to this session? I have Dinah Jams but looking at the Mercury discography it looks like cuts are spread all over the place. (The session featured Dinah Washington with the Brown-Roach group plus Clark Terry, Maynard Ferguson and Dinah's working trio.)

I'm at work now... will have to check the discographies later, but to my best of knowledge, it's all included in the Brownie box (at least that's what I've been assuming all these years).

It's a magnificent box anyway, with all the Brown/Roach music (alternate takes included)... and some of the finest by Helen Merrill and Sarah Vaughan, too.

It's a bit of a mess, but yes, it seems all is included, even those titles without Brown.

We're speaking of one long session - August 14, 1954 - that yielded plenty of music, taking up all of disc 5 and disc 6 of the "Brownie" set. Those titles were on :

MG 36000 - Dinah Jams Featuring Dinah Washington

MG 36002 - V.A. - Jam Session

Two more titles (Crazy He Calls Me, I'll Remember April) ended on EmArcy (J) 195J 2 "Clifford Brown - Jams 2", which also contained additional titles from the August 11, 1954 date (of which the main part ended up on Various Artists - Best Coast Jazz (EmArcy MG 36039) (just two side-long titles, "Coronado" and "You Go to My Head") and on MG 36102 - Clifford Brown All Stars - Caravan (again, two side-long titles).

The 10CD box contains some more takes - all the music recorded on both dates.

well, there are in fact four more out-takes of the tunes "i´ve got you under my skin" (9:06); "no more" (6:30); "darn that dream" (11:41) and "you go to my head" (10:42) with false starts, laughter from the audience and so on (richie powell on piano on all of them) that are not included in any issues. it was "issued" on brownie´s eyes, vol. 25, on the "philology" label. look here:
