I could be wrong, but right at the beginning of the first video, it looked like they panned by the outside of the office they used in the opening montage for the Warner Bros. TV series "77 Sunset Strip." These are really cool. Thanks for sending them along.

PS: A lot of the buildings are still there also, I recognized a lot of them, most of them are about a mile or so west of Amoeba Records.

When I watch these clips I expect to see a big Tower Records sign appear on the right with a wooden shack drawing the jazz punters in like a black hole and a couple of free car parks to make things easy. Wrong era and now long gone I guess but nevertheless - alas !
