Tom 1960
Just heard a track of his most recent album I believe, "Cone and T-Staff". Sounds good. Any other fans out there? Any recommendations?
Dan Gould
Hard to go wrong with his records; I am definitely a fan. If one trombone isn't enough you might look for Bone Structure co-led by Ron Westray, (it also has the advantage of Marcus Roberts in the rhythm section at a time when he seemed to have stopped recording with horns) or Head to Head, co-led by John Allred. I have the one with Allred. It's good. Here's another good one I have - duo with Eric Reed.

Tom in RI
I have heard and enjoy United Soul Experience on Criss Cross. Good stuff, also with Seamus Blake.
