Boundee Records (Japan) has released a CD (FNCJ-5607) thru Eastwind (US) titled "The Complete 1955 Concerts In Holland". Tracks 1 thru 6 are released for the first time. They were recorded on 9/17/55 in Amsterdam. Tracks 7 thru 12 (The Hague Kurhaus 9/18/55) have been previously released on the RLR Records CD 88621. This is a great find for Twardzik completists!

Right. I have the Dutch release comprising 12 tracks, 1-6 from 9/17/55 & 7-12 from 9/18/55. Excellent playing from all concerned, and a very nice production.

Twardzik has the "legendary" mystique, and he is great, but I prefer Freeman, who is truly underrated.
