ghost of miles Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 I found an orphaned Lee Morgan Mosaic CD from the Morgan 1950s Blue Note set in the used bins at Luna yesterday (excellent Indpls record store at 52nd and College). It's disc 3, in good-very good condition (several very light scratches, some faint clouding). Thought I'd pick it up since the price was so cheap, in case anybody here needs it to complete a partial set or replace a missing disk. $8 including postage to anybody who wants or needs it. Quote
CJ Shearn Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 Weird how someone would just kind of let that go, b/c it's part of a set Quote
golfcrazy1984 Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 It could have been part of a partial set or extra production from Mosaic. I've purchased some partial sets from them and perhaps this is what happened. Glad it went to a good home! That Lee Morgan set is great. Quote
CJ Shearn Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 Yes, it is. I haven't listened to it for a long while. Quote
colinmce Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 Great music, and a rare Mosaic that can be purchased in full on individual CDs. Quote
ghost of miles Posted January 25, 2012 Author Report Posted January 25, 2012 I have the set as well and love it... just wanted to grab this disc in case anybody here ever needs it as a replacement. Quote
