Hocking County Prosecutor Laina Fetherholf will not discuss the exact whereabouts of her panties.

But they most certainly were not on the judge’s bench.

Yes, she concedes there was a “wardrobe malfunction” in which she retreated from the courtroom and resolved the unspecified problem.

But no, she did not deposit her intimate apparel before Common Pleas Court Judge John T. Wallace and proclaim, “Problem solved.”

as i recall, police, long ago raided a nude drunken party which the beloved "d.a." richard talman was attending. "we're ruined," someone shouted. i don't recall if ms. street was in attendance.
