I'm into it, too, and it's a kick. Wishing I had the time and bread to fill out the Pepper Adams collection. Those first Transition recordings he made were issued on CD from Blue Note: do you know where those are? Part of a collection of things?

Three of the four Transition selections Pepper Adams played on were included in the Paul Chambers set from Mosaic. (Mosaic Select MS-005).

There will be a mini-celebration of Pepper Adams in DC next month. On 4/17, Gary Carner will give a talk as part of the UDC JazzForum series. The next day, Frank Basile leads a 3-baritone celebration of Pepper's music at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, as part of the Take 5! Series.
