blake Posted February 12, 2004 Report Posted February 12, 2004 the thread (i don't recall who started it) that contained swede's "where to start before swing" entry (circa '99 blue note bbs) is also a great source of information. several others contributed to that thread as well. i think i can dig it up if there's interest. or, perhaps someone else would like to do the honors. did swede ever post his "white big band's" and "small group swing" entries?
