GA Russell Posted March 14, 2015 Author Report Posted March 14, 2015 The Dolphins have traded Mike Wallace to the Vikings. If I understand this correctly, he will be paid $12.1 million this year, after being paid $1 million last year. Nice raise! https://www.bing.com/search?q=Mike+Wallace&filters=tnTID%3a%222CE3161E-7C4C-4259-956F-426DC66ABA23%22+tnVersion%3a%22805652%22+segment%3a%22popularnow.carousel%22+tnCol%3a%221%22+tnOrder%3a%222f9788c0-4f66-4ee1-a482-74ac39c3bcab%22&FORM=HPNN01 http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/dolphins-trade-mike-wallace-to-vikings-exchange-draft-picks/ar-AA9K3UH?ocid=ansSBNation11 Quote
Tim McG Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 The 49ers are dead in the water. Jed York has succeeded in completely destroying a once proud franchise. Embrace losing. Quote

Tim McG Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 Meanwhile, in Forty-Niners land...the litany of horror: WR Michael Crabtree, gone. RB Frank Gore, gone. LB Patrick Willis, gone. LG Mike Iupati, gone. LB Chris Borland, gone. CB Chris Culiver, gone. CB Perrish Cox, gone. DL Justin Smith, gone. Coach Jim Harbaugh, gone. RB Reggie Bush, here. Why? GM Trenk Baalke, sadly...still here. CEO Jed York, like a giant albatross tied around the necks of the 49er Faithful...still here. All is lost. Quote
Scott Dolan Posted April 21, 2015 Report Posted April 21, 2015 It certainly doesn't look good for your boys this upcoming season... Sorry, dude. Quote
Soulstation1 Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 Browns shouldn't be allowed to draft anyone Quote
Scott Dolan Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 So which QB are they drafting in the first this year? Quote
HutchFan Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 Anyone else looking forward to watching the NFL draft tonight? I'm hoping that the Falcons draft someone who can actually put pressure on opposing teams' quarterbacks. (What a novel concept!) Last year, we had the second fewest sacks and the worst 3rd down defense in the league. Ugh. I'm also interested in seeing who selects Todd Gurley. Since I went to the University of Georgia and follow the football program, I'd like to see him land with a good team. Quote

Matthew Posted August 9, 2015 Report Posted August 9, 2015 Frank Gifford passes away at 84. Strangely enough, I always think of the book A Fan's Notes when I hear Gifford's name. Now all the the announcers from the glory days of Monday Night Football are gone: Dandy Don, Cosell, and now Gifford. RIP Quote
