The article states that: "Mr. White (the producer) showed his film at the 1966 Cannes Film Festival market and at the Cinémathèque Française, but plans to open the movie in London fell through, and Mr. White was unable to get distribution once he returned to the United States in 1968."

There evidently was some sort of U.S. distribution, because I saw the film at a theatre in Buffalo, N.Y. in late 1967 or early 1968. I remember that the music was great (including Marianne Faithful's rendition of "Sadness"), but that the film itself didn't make much of an impression on me.

Well he gets a credit in the opening titles but I believe that none of his music was used.

His music isn't used but he has a small role. I can't remember where in the movie it comes.
