Chuck Nessa Posted June 21, 2020 Report Posted June 21, 2020 (edited) The WFMT studios were above my place of work in the late '60s. I worked at Discount Records at Lake and LaSalle in Chicago. Studs occasionally came down to ask me for help finding appropriate music for his shows. One time I remember him asking for Mahalia Jackson recommendations since she had passed.
