JSngry
https://mainstreamrecords.bandcamp.com/artists A curious (to me) opening selection, and DL only. Good luck, right?
felser
"Curious" is a kindly word for that selection of titles.
JSngry
It's definitely skewed towards the crate-diggers, which is ok. they got their Mainstream too. And that Arbee Stidah record is actually pretty good. BUT.... Just sayin'...

kh1958
Arbee Stidham also has a Prestige/ Bluesville album, Tired of Wandering, which has King Curtis and John Wright in the band. Edited July 4, 2020 by kh1958
Justin V
What are thoughts on Mauricio Smith's Bitter Acid? He is incredible on Tito Puente's Monterey album. Incidentally, his son is also a flutist.
JSngry
Never heard it. But the cover dates it as being pre-70s, that logo. The samples on the site to me makes it sound lime a mostly "commercial" type thing, like maybe the lesse Willie Bobo Verves? until the last two cuts, which all of a sudden go...someplace else! The guy sure plays well, no matter.
