Tom 1960 Posted April 9, 2010 Report Posted April 9, 2010 Zoot Sims- I Wish I Were Twins Zoots Sims - Suddenly It's Spring After recently purchasing Warm Tenor and If I'm Lucky, both releases which feature Zoot with Jimmy Rowles, I decided to snap these up as well. For some reason the price for I Wish I Were Twins has skyrocketed in the past few days. I was lucky enough to pay only 4.99 plus shipping from eBay/Newbury Comics. Suddenly It's Spring also from Newbury for 9.99. Quote

mellowT Posted April 10, 2010 Report Posted April 10, 2010 Shelly Manne - Complete Live at the Black Hawk (101 Distribution) After reading about how this collection of albums was on many members' "desert island" lists in this thread, I decided I must be missing out. The hard part was deciding what format to buy it: separate OJC releases or all at once. Here's hoping the sound quality of the compilation is at least as good as, if not better, than the OJC releases. Quote
